PostHeaderIcon The CRS Online Rally School Returns Thursday February 10!

The California Rally Series annual Rally School returns with an online format again for 2022. Last year we pivoted to an online format which allowed students to attend from across the country to learn the basics of rally, rallycross, and co-driving.

We are continuing the online format of six classes, but the course is condensed into three weeks to accommodate people with busy schedules. Classes take place on Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting on February 10. The Zoom seminars will begin at 6pm Pacific Time and last for two to two and a half hours. Each session will feature three separate presentations, with plenty of time in between for question and answer sessions where students can interact with our experienced instructors and panelists. Students will also have access to recorded versions of classes after each session.

Students may register at any time during the three week period, although it is recommended to start before the first session to get the most out of the learning experience. Note that only students that have paid (the entire fee) will be sent the Zoom link and materials in advance of each session.

Topics include:

  • How to get started in stage rally and rallycross
  • Basic and advanced rally driving techniques
  • How to prepare a car for stage rally (including what to look for when buying a prepared rally car)
  • Understanding controls and timing
  • Rally navigation from tulips to stage notes
  • Recce and writing your own notes
  • Advanced co-driving
  • Rally team management

ONLINE ENTRY AVAILABLE HERE http://www.rallydata.com/RX_ColdFusion/Zoom_School_EntryForm.cfm

Cost is $30 for CRS Members and $60 for non-members (which includes CRS membership, a $30 value for the 2022 season)
